After much searching for the ideal dock repair and Sea Doo winch contractor in my area, I came upon San Diego Boat Lifts. Nick answered all of my questions and took his time offering solutions to my unusual requests. Initially he referred me to online resources to purchase what I needed. A day later I spent another 15 minutes on the phone with him to get more clarity on how to proceed. Nick was patient with me and extremely outcome oriented. Needless to say, he came to my home, assessed the job and decided to take it on. I ended up with a repaired reinforced dock, two brand new beautiful lifts and an improvised winch system to tow one of my Sea Doos in to make it easier for less skilled riders. These things are expensive. But they are worth every penny. Bottom line is that you cannot have a nice boat just sitting in salt water. They get absolutely trashed and trying to keep scum and critters out of engines and off hulls is a very expensive thing to do, so ultimately it pays for itself. Nick is a great guy and did exactly what he said he would do and the system works fantastically well. Can’t say enough. To me, this is the only system for an in slip lift system. My boat is 12,000 pounds and it handles that weight with no issues at all. Very adjustable too. I love it!!!! |
